SHIPPING & RETURN
Once an order for available products has been issued, it is not possible to make changes to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. ACT STORE reserves the right to refuse to process an order and / or service at any time.
ACT STORE ships worldwide via TNT & FedEx.
Orders, subject to confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped on the working day following receipt of the order.
The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time of order processing.
ACT STORE processes orders in Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date or the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
ACT STORE cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of ACT STORE.
Delivery for shipments to Italy is expected within 1-2 working days.
Delivery for shipments to Europe is expected within 2-4 working days.
Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the Europe is expected within 3-5 working days.
The following are the shipping costs expected for each geographical area:
– ITALY: € 5,00. At the moment, the express shipping is free for all the products.
– EUROPE & OTHERS 1: € 12,00 (countries included: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & Hungary).
– EUROPE & OTHERS 2: € 16,00 (countries included: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania & Switzerland). At the moment, the express shipping is free for orders above €100.
– UNITED STATES & CANADA: € 25,00. For these destinations, customs duties may be expected for the buyer.
– OTHERS: € 32,00 (countries included: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Iceland, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Turkey & Ukraine). For these destinations, customs duties may be expected for the buyer.
– AUSTRALIA, CHINA, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, SOUTH KOREA: € 45,00. For these destinations, customs duties may be expected for the buyer.
– REST OF THE WORLD (contact before purchasing): € 50,00. For these destinations, customs duties may be expected for the buyer.
Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier in the manner that will be indicated by the courier itself.
When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification that provides the waybill number relating to the order. To monitor the progress of the shipment, customers can visit the courier’s website or follow the link in the email.
In the event of a tampered parcel, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery will be considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted and accepted.
By placing an order, all customers establish a commercial relationship with ACT STORE and undertake to accept the delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer’s address for reasons attributable to his non-cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender ACT STORE in Italy paid by the customer. The customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty, no later than 14 working days from delivery. The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline, upon request of authorization to the e-mail address: email@example.com. The return of products is allowed in the event that the products are defective, do not meet expectations or are not of the desired size. The shipping costs of the return are always charged to the customer except for having sent incorrect or defective products by ACT STORE.
For the return of perfumes, this will be accepted only if the package containing the perfume has not been deprived of the celofan (in cases where present) or any original seals.
After confirming the return authorization, you have 7 days to entrust the goods to the courier, otherwise the terms for the return will lapse and you will no longer be entitled to any refund.
For all the rest of the returned products, they must not be used, they must reach us intact, not worn or stained, they must be in the original packaging, complete with labels and any other possible component. Every part of the shoes, including the soles, must be intact and clean and the box must not be damaged. Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
In the event of a return, the customer can request a refund of the amount spent or exchange of the item (after contact and acceptance by ACT STORE).
Once the goods have been received and after checking the conditions, ACT STORE will notify the customer of the outcome and acceptance of the return.
These conditions govern the sale and supply of products online by ACT STORE to the public. ACT STORE may modify these conditions as it pleases in the future.
